The Annual RMA Agent of the Year Awards celebrate the top real estate agents & agencies in Australia.
With national, state, city and suburb winners, there were over 3000 awards in 2017. We wanted to encourage agents to share these awards as much as possible, but weren’t equipped to tackle the thousands of individual design requests for ads, posters, logos and social posts.
Alongside a standard set of brand guidelines, we created an algorithm to generate social posts and print ready artwork for each award winner. The winner could share their award with a social image, or log-in to ratemyagent and download ready to use logos, posters, dl-flyers etc. All of these were customized to reflect which award they’d won and their agency details.
For the Awards themselves we wanted to create something physical. I worked with local printer, Taylor’d press to produce a premium certificate template, then digitally printed the award details.
Using RMA’s custom adwords platform, Agent Promoter, we dynamically generated html5 ads. Winning agents could create a custom google display ad campaign targeting sellers in their area, with artwork customised to highlight their win.
Some very happy agents, and lots of social media attention for the awards!
